  当店のホットコーヒーは希少種のモカを使用しています。中でもコーヒー発祥の地、エチオピアのシダモ地方で産出された豆を使用。ドリップにもこだわり、挽きたての豆はもちろん 一般ではあまり使用されていないドリッパー、「コーヒーバネット」を用いて無駄なガスを排除した、まろやかで香り高いコーヒーを丁寧に抽出しています。
